Hawaii Island - Sunset Beach Elementary was awarded a $500 Hawaii Energy Education Grant, which will go toward the purchase of energy-audit equipment and material to help 4th to 6th graders build electrical generators. The projects serve to meet state benchmarks in science and reduce school expenses.
