Third-party verification phone surveys and inspections being implemented in compliance with PUC contract
Third-party phone verification surveys and on-location inspections are currently being conducted to evaluate the performance of Hawaii Energy, the conservation and efficiency program serving Hawaii, Honolulu and Maui counties. The purpose of the surveys is to: (1) ensure that program rebates and incentives were received by participants and (2) receive feedback about the effectiveness of the program. In addition, a number of homes and businesses will be visited to verify installation of the energy-saving equipment.
Participants may be called by “InSynergy Engineering”, “Michael’s Engineering” or “Evergreen Economics” and asked if they would like to participate in these surveys and inspections.
Hawaii Energy greatly appreciates candid feedback to improve the program. If you have any questions, please contact Hawaii Energy at 808-537-5577 (Oahu), toll-free at 1-877-231-8222 (Neighbor Islands) or email at HawaiiEnergy@saic.com.
